Judge J. C. Sperline’s Douglas County Marriage Certificates (1928-1953)

John Conrad Sperline (1880-1960) came to the Wenatchee area in 1903 and became Justice of the Peace in Douglas County in 1925. He kept copies of the certificates for marriages he performed from 1928 to 1953. (Thanks to Sharon Crawford for her work on this project.)

The COLUMN SEARCH FILTER boxes on the bottom of each column of the data table are used for searching in any column of the data table. You can use any or all the boxes to limit your search. To start over, first try your Refresh key; then use the ‘Clear Filters’ button to clear out any characters you have entered. Use the bottom ‘Scroll Bar’ to view more columns or the ‘More Details‘ button to display a window of the record’s data.

The table SEARCH box on the top right can also be used to search for data in ANY column. No need to use ‘wildcards’ in your search, the filters do that automatically, Therefore, don’t put too much information in any filter box; it could cause nothing to be found. Start with just a few characters in the search boxes (like: jone for searching for Jones, Edward C. in the NAME column filter box), then add more characters or use other column filters to narrow your search.

You can PRINT, download in CSV or Excel format, or copy to the clipboard the displayed records. Use the ‘Show Entries’ pulldown to control how many rows of data to display on each page.  Always check the print preview and verify the number of pages you want to print.
