“WHO NEEDED IT ANYWAY? GETTING AROUND THE MISSING 1890 CENSUS”
What happened to that 1890 Federal Census?
Sara will relate the story of the missing Census records. She will tell how to find other record sets using techniques when a Census is not available, including those 10 years between the Federal Censuses.
Sara has researched her family tree for over 25 years. Her journey has taken her to nearly every State in the USA and several countries worldwide, including Ireland, Britain, and Italy. She presently resides in California. She earned her Certificate in Genealogical Research from Boston University and is active in several local and national societies. As a Registrar of NSDAR, she helps prepare lineage society applications. She is a researcher, lecturer, blogger, and much more.
She will be speaking via Zoom and all are invited to listen. There is no cost, however, donations to CCGS are appreciated.
